Founded in 1995, our aim was to provide comprehensive natural healthcare for the local community. We started the practice with two rooms in the front of our house, and then built the purpose–built Natural Healthcare Centre in 2004 which is where we are now housed.

We work closely whenever required with other health professionals and can correspond with GP’s or doctors for the benefit and wellbeing of our clients. We have often found our clients have ’fallen through the cracks of the medical system’ as Jon Kabat–Zinn has said, and we aim to support and reassure these clients that there are alternative routes to full health.
Our ethos is to help people help themselves to full health.
