Narberth Natural Health Centre provides a warm, caring and relaxed environment for therapies and classes that promote health and well being.

Mae Canolfan Iechyd Naturiol Arberth yn darparu amgylchedd cynnes ac ymlaciol sy’n cynnig therapïau a dosbarthiadau ar gyfer iechyd a lles.

The centre has five treatment rooms; all of our therapists are fully qualified and registered with their relevant professional body.

Mae pump ystafell driniaeth yn y Ganolfan; mae ein therapyddion i gyd yn llwyr gymwys ac wedi’u cofrestru gyda’u corff proffesiynol perthnasol.

There is a large studio in a beautiful space; the practitioners bring a high standard in excellent teaching, offering classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, Pilates and Life drawing. We also have a softly furnished room for small group work.

Mae yna stiwdio fawr mewn gofod hardd; gyda’u safon uchel o addysgu ardderchog, mae’r ymarferwyr yn cynnig dosbarthiadau Ioga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Myfyrdod, Pilates a Lluniadu bywyd. Mae gennym ystafell gysurus hefyd ar gyfer gweithio gyda grwpiau bach.
