  • Craniosacral Therapy,
  • Hot Stone Fusion Massage
  • Indian Head Massage.
  • Myofascial Release

All are very different therapies but each quietly cultivates restoration from within, allowing the body to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA).
