The CTIA, formed in 2007 by industry leaders, lecturers and assessors. Is a ‘not for profit association’ formed solely for the wellbeing and safety of the public and their members.
In an age of change within our industry, the CTIA were the original aesthetics association who lobbied the government to allow the progression of the highly skilled and experienced therapists with a training pathway for aesthetic and advanced therapies, that were once only ever available to the medically qualified. This has recently been achieved with the new HEE guidelines and pathway for training and treatments for the aesthetic therapist.
