Don’t miss the free workshop on Peri/menopause on the 19th September at 7pm (London time)! Strategies for managing adverse symptoms will be discussed, as well as hacks for this phase of women’s lives.
Every woman can learn to listen to her body: is your mood unstable? is your sleep disturbed? are there changes in your skin?a little more belly? For each symptom there is a way of managing it, a set of strategies, a healthy solution to put into practice. Do I exercise enough? Do you eat the right diet? What about stress levels?
Once you start implementing the solutions, the journey begins. The process of getting healthier and stronger is beautiful! Enjoy it!
