For more than a decade I’ve been privileged to share the healing power of yoga and meditation with students from around the world. I encourage students to practice with the curiosity of a beginner’s mind, to explore their inner landscape as they align the external body, to move mindfully with a deep connection to the breath, and to find their own true expression of each pose and each moment.
