As a certified Health Coach, with a degree in Exercise, Nutrition & Health (BSc), and a wealth of lived and learned experiences, I aim to help you create a life balance and plan that prioritises your well-being in a holistic way. I specialise in creating personalised plans for people struggling with sugar consumption, weight and glucose level spikes, and all the other things which surround it. I provide the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.
Health Coaching is about helping you become the expert on you. Knowing your WANTS, NEEDS and barriers. During our sessions, in a safe and judgement free space, I will support you to identify these things, and to start making positive changes to your health and wellbeing, through hearing what you say and together creating a plan which works for YOU!
